These terms apply to every order placed on buylanmaoasiatica.com (“the site”), operated by Buy Lanmaoa Asiatica (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them. Last updated: 14 October 2026.
1. Safe preparation
Lanmaoa asiatica must be cooked well before eating and must never be eaten raw or undercooked. By ordering you confirm that you have read our cooking and safety guide, and that you are legally able to receive the products where they will be delivered. The guide forms part of these terms.
2. Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed on the blockchain and we send the payment confirmation email. Before that point we may decline an order, for example if the destination cannot receive fungal material. Declined paid orders are refunded under the refund policy.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars per kilogram. Volume discounts, discount codes and the shipping fee are shown in the order summary before payment. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. When you choose a coin, the USD total is converted at the current exchange rate and the resulting amount is held for 20 minutes. An order is paid when the transaction to our address reaches the number of confirmations shown at checkout. Payments within 2% of the invoiced amount are treated as full payment. You pay any network fee charged by your wallet or exchange.
4. Seasonal products
Fresh material depends on wild harvests. If we cannot fill a paid Fresh order before the season ends, we will offer Fresh-Dried from the same season or a full refund.
5. Shipping and risk
We ship to the address you give at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for import duties, taxes, permits and any customs requirements in the destination country. We are not responsible for delays or seizures by customs authorities, though we will provide any documents we hold.
6. Product information
Each batch is described by its certificate of analysis. Natural material varies between batches in size, colour and composition. Images on the site show representative material.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from use of the material contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the site is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
